Select for your child/family either the Holiday Pass or Complete North Pole Experience. Your child feels like part of the magic, our characters are speaking directly to your child and they become part of the call- it's all of the magic and none of the pressure on you as the parents. You are the magic- maker without the work.
Register a Number
Register the phone number your child will be calling from- becoming their unique North Pole Caller ID. Giving your child magical access to the hotline, with a dedicated and secure line directly to our magical North Pole Elf Hotline. It's the most important part step to ensure access to the magical experience.
call once a day
Holiday Pass = 1 Call Per Day and the Complete North Pole Pass = 1 call Per Extension (6 Total Calls Per Day). Holiday Pass is daily happenings around the North Pole, while the Complete North Pole is stories that flow daily from one day to the next- and your child feels as if part of the story.
